Stephen Fleenor, PhD
Lead Content Developer

Stephen is leading content development for The Visual Non-Glossary. He has served with Seidlitz Education as an educational consultant, and prior to that served as a teacher and instructional coach in a Title I district in San Antonio, TX. Stephen has a BS in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, a PhD in Developmental Biology from Oxford University, and a MEd in School Leadership from Incarnate Word University.

Alejandro Pérez González
Web Software Developer

Alejandro is innovating The Visual Non-Glossary website and other platforms, as well as creating automation systems, such as pre-made lesson plans. He is in his senior year as a Computer Science major at the University of Houston.

Areli Amador
Content Developer

Areli is developing elementary math visuals. She previously served as a dual-language, self-contained 5th-Grade teacher in a Title I district in San Antonio, TX, where she used visuals from the VNG with her students. Areli has a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University.

Grecia is a secondary Social Studies teacher and is developing secondary Social Studies visuals. Grecia has a BA in International Relations and Global Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.

Isaac Márquez
Content Developer/Consultant

Isaac is developing science visuals and conducting training for The Visual Non-Glossary. Isaac also serves Seidlitz Education as an educational consultant, specializing in teaching science to emergent bilingual students. Isaac previously served as a bilingual instructional specialist, an instructional technology specialist, and a bilingual science and math teacher. Isaac has a BS in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Julie Gibson

Julie is a bilingual elementary science facilitator in Lewisville ISD and is developing elementary math visuals. She has previously served as a self-contained dual language teacher of a diverse population, including emergent bilingual students. Julie has a BA in Spanish from Texas A&M University.
